At various times in our lives, we all get stuck. And, trying to dig ourselves out of the stuck place can feel impossible. Our thoughts become circular and every attempt we make to *think* ourselves out of the problem just produces more questions.

o help us understand why we’re feeling stuck and to know how to move forward, we often need to explore the feelings below the thoughts. We need to notice the patterns our thoughts and feelings are taking. In therapy together, we’ll use creative approaches to help expand your thinking, open up new perspectives, and become familiar with the feelings that are contributing to being stuck.

  • Our first meeting

    During our call, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a time to meet. Our first appointment will last for about an hour. I’ll ask you questions, learning about your journey through life, the obstacles you’re facing now, and the places you’d like to get to.

  • Diving in

    We will begin meeting weekly. Our sessions will incorporate talk therapy with creative, engaging approaches that can help you gain new perspectives on old patterns, build on your strengths, and let go of coping tools and outdated beliefs that may no longer serve you.
